Key Responsibilities
- Ownership – Lead the full development lifecycle of backend components and contribute to solution architecture.
- Continuous Learning – Stay up to date with the latest technologies and development practices to enhance system performance and reliability.
- Backend Architecture & APIs – Design scalable backend structures, implement business logic, and build secure, efficient APIs.
- Cloud-Native Development – Build distributed systems and services for cloud environments, leveraging modern development tools.
- Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile setting to deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
- Prototyping & Innovation – Participate in architectural discussions, proof-of-concept development, and strategic technical planning.
Required Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python and hands-on experience with Django
- Experience with Docker and containerized application development
- Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms
- Familiarity with microservices architecture and RESTful API design
- Exposure to React or other frontend technologies
- Experience developing high-performance, scalable, and secure backend systems
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, databases, and caching strategies
- Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles
