Job Overview

We are seeking experienced Oracle EPM Developers with strong Planning module expertise to design, develop, and support enterprise planning and budgeting solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable financial planning applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and support Oracle EPM Planning applications
  • Configure Planning modules including budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning
  • Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and data forms
  • Build and manage metadata, dimensions, hierarchies, and security structures
  • Perform data integrations using EPM Data Management, Data Exchange, or APIs
  • Support Smart View reporting and ad-hoc analysis
  • Troubleshoot application, calculation, and data load issues
  • Collaborate with finance and business teams to gather and refine requirements
  • Ensure application performance, scalability, and data accuracy

Required Experience & Skills

  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM / Hyperion / EPM Cloud Planning
  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Planning module
  • Experience with business rules, calculations, and metadata management
  • Solid understanding of FP&A processes (budgeting, forecasting, financial planning)
  • Experience with data integrations and data loading processes
  • Knowledge of Essbase cube design and multidimensional modeling
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Groovy scripting and advanced business rules
  • Exposure to FCC, Strategic Modeling, or Freeform modules
  • Experience in consulting or client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with automation and EPM APIs
